• Pre-project preparation: Measurements of the space, discussions with the client regarding preferences and requirements for the future interior, development of a layout solution, and design concept.
• Visualization of the space: Designing a solution for each room and providing realistic images of the future living space.
• Working documentation: Development of detailed drawings for builders to carry out renovation work.
AUTHOR SUPERVISION
$600/month

The Author's Supervision service includes
• Control of all construction stages following the design project.
• Coordination of technical issues with builders and adjustments to drawings if necessary. Resolving any unforeseen situations during implementation.
• Regular site visits to the construction area.

Interior furnishing includes providing finishing materials, furniture, decor elements, and other items according to the developed design project.

The service package includes:
• Budget calculation: Estimating costs for purchasing necessary materials, furniture, appliances, sanitary equipment, textiles, and decor as per the design project. The estimate specifies quantities, prices, delivery timelines, and supplier details.
• Supplier coordination: Ensuring collaboration with reliable manufacturers and vendors.
• Procurement of all necessary items: Sourcing finishing materials, interior elements, and more.
• Budget adjustments during project execution: Coordinating any changes with the owner.
• Collaboration with manufacturers: Arranging custom-made furniture if needed.
• Ordering materials and items: Placing orders for materials, equipment, and interior items from European countries.
• Quality control and timely delivery: Monitoring the quality and ensuring punctual deliveries.
